God's Gift for You

I want to make sure all my readers know that Christ came as God-man to die. Why? For us.

Why must someone die for us? Because we could never satisfy a holy God’s requirement of perfection. We sinned. All of us. We fall short of what God wants, so He sent His Son to die, a substitute for us, so that God’s holiness could be satisfied.

He died for all of us, but that doesn’t automatically make us acceptable in His presence. We must accept His Work in our lives: allow Christ’s blood to cleanse away our wrong. His requirements are then satisfied.

Dear reader who has never accepted Jesus’s gift, you remain a sinner doomed for judgment until you take His offering of Christ’s death for your sins, and acknowledge Him as Lord and Saviour of your life. Please do not hesitate to tell God now.

Fancy prayers are not what He wants. Simply tell Him you’ve sinned. You fall short of His holiness. But you recognized that His Son paid for your sins on the cross when He died. Ask Him to cleanse you from all your sin by His blood. Thank Him.

It’s a gift. It’s a gift more precious than any other you could ever receive, but you must accept it to be yours. Knowing about Jesus is not knowing Him. Do not be like the demons who know about Jesus and tremble. Know Him and be His.

If you have chosen to accept this gift, tell us.

I'm glad to see you including this with all your other blogs, for you never know who might be reading and need this right now. Thanks for all your sharings.
