The Minimalist Mom: Simple Steps to Rescue Your Child from Digital Overload

I've mentioned her before for decluttering. Here is a podcast on what is happening to your child's brain while on social media and video games.
Although a long podcast, it is a call for parents to wake up to the damage their child experiences as they use their phones and computers.
The speaker states —moderation isn't enough. Do you say, "OK, one hour of pornography is better than three hours"?
That's what is at risk.
Brain formation (or its lack) in technology abuse are similar to drugs or alcohol.

It gave confirmation that we weren't the only parents concerned enough to say, "NO PHONES!" in an age where it was expected to give preschool children them.

I write about what matters...to you---
women, wives and moms---
about your family, faith and future.
I write about what's hard, what helps and what heals.
I show you how it's done. And not done.
I hold your hand as you find what matters to the Savior.
And let go of those things that mattered to you, but not to Him.
I write about what matters...to Him.
