Calling all Book Reviewers!

What is a reviewer?
Someone who will read Alone But Not Forsaken and tell others what they think of it.

What do you get?
Legally, I cannot pay for reviews, but I can give you the book free.
If you would like it signed, I would be glad to sign it.

What must you do?
Read the book.
B. Write at least four sentences about the book.
1. The WHAT sentence. A sentence that summarizes the book.
2. The WHY sentence. What did the book do for you, why others should read it, why you chose to read it.
3. The HOW sentence. Discuss if you liked the book or not. (If you hated it, be kind. You can still keep the book, to remind you of your torture.)
4. The DISCLAIMER sentence. “I received no payment for this review except a free book.”

See, writing a book review is painless!

C. Send me your finished review at my email or below, if you would like to allow me to use it on my website.
D.  Post your review on,, and and any other site that allows book reviews.
This step is a hassle and I do apologize. Not sure why it is so difficult.

What more can you do?
Please allow me to use your review for marketing. Include a note in your message giving me permission.
If you are on social media, tell others you enjoyed the book.
Tell book clubs, Sunday Schools, church libraries.
Find ideas here, How Can You Help, to spread the word.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

If you are interested in being a reviewer please let me know below. Include your preferred format (print, ebook, mobi, ePub, pdf). If you want a print book, please include a street address to send it. If you would like it signed, please ask. Thank you!

I write about what you---
women, wives and moms---
about your family, faith and future.
I write about what's hard, what helps and what heals.
I show you how it's done. And not done.
I hold your hand as you find what matters to the Savior.
And let go of those things that mattered to you, but not to Him.
I write about what Him.

Author of Biblical fiction, married to my best friend, and challenged by eight sons’ growing pains as I write about what matters.
